This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes how Revelnation Enterprises Inc., doing business as Revelnation Sports (“Revelnation,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you:

The Site may link to third-party websites and services (for example, ticketing, merchandise, PPV, and streaming platforms). This Policy does not apply to those third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Identifiers and contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and (if provided) mailing address.

We do not collect personal information from you unless you voluntarily provide it. Some information may be required to participate in certain offerings (for example, to receive updates, offers, or potential opportunities).

Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
No guarantee of offers or opportunities If you provide your email address and/or phone number, you understand that communications may include offers and potential opportunities, but Revelnation does not promise or guarantee that you will receive tickets, VIP access, meet-and-greets, or participation in any production or event.
  1. Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies; Behavior Monitoring We may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to collect information described in Section 3.2.
These technologies may be used for:
Essential purposes, such as site functionality and security.
Analytics, to understand Site usage and improve performance.
Marketing measurement, including attribution and conversion measurement.
Depending on the tools we use, these technologies may collect information about your device and interactions with the Site. You can often manage cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some Site features may not function properly.

We may receive information about email engagement (for example, whether you opened an email or clicked a link).

6.2 SMS/Text messages and phone calls If you provide your phone number, we may contact you by text message or phone call, including for marketing purposes, consistent with your choices and applicable law.
You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP.

  1. How We Disclose Information We may disclose information:
To service providers who help us operate, support, and improve our business (for example, hosting, analytics, marketing, email/SMS delivery, customer support). These providers are permitted to use information only to provide services to us.
To professional advisors, such as attorneys and accountants.
For legal, compliance, and safety reasons, such as responding to lawful requests, enforcing our agreements, protecting rights and property, and protecting users and the public.
In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
No sale of customer lists We do not sell, rent, or lease customer lists.
If we engage in marketing that involves third-party platforms, we may allow those platforms to collect data via cookies/pixels, and we may share limited information with them for marketing measurement and campaign delivery, consistent with this Policy.

  1. Retention (Including Indefinite Retention Unless You Request Deletion) We retain personal information:
for as long as reasonably necessary to support our operations, maintain records, and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, and
indefinitely unless you request deletion, subject to legal obligations and other permitted retention needs.
We may retain aggregated or de-identified information for longer periods.
  1. Security We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe link or email us),
opt out of marketing texts (reply STOP), and
request access, correction, or deletion of certain information by contacting us.
To request deletion, email info@revelnationent.com with the subject line “Deletion Request.” We may require verification.
Some claims about privacy-policy violations in federal court may require a showing of concrete harm, depending on the circumstances. See Spokeo, Inc. v. Robins, 578 U.S. 330 (2016).
  1. Children’s Privacy The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 15 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact info@revelnationent.com.
  1. External Data Storage and Processing We may store and process information using servers and systems provided by third-party hosting and technology vendors.
