This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes how Revelnation Enterprises Inc., doing business as Revelnation Sports (“Revelnation,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you:

The Site may link to third-party websites and services (for example, ticketing, merchandise, PPV, and streaming platforms). This Policy does not apply to those third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

No guarantee of offers or opportunities If you provide your email address and/or phone number, you understand that communications may include offers and potential opportunities, but Revelnation does not promise or guarantee that you will receive tickets, VIP access, meet-and-greets, or participation in any production or event.
  1. Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies; Behavior Monitoring We may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to collect information described in Section 3.2.
These technologies may be used for:
Essential purposes, such as site functionality and security.
Analytics, to understand Site usage and improve performance.

To professional advisors, such as attorneys and accountants.
For legal, compliance, and safety reasons, such as responding to lawful requests, enforcing our agreements, protecting rights and property, and protecting users and the public.
In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
No sale of customer lists We do not sell, rent, or lease customer lists.

indefinitely unless you request deletion, subject to legal obligations and other permitted retention needs.

opt out of marketing texts (reply STOP), and
request access, correction, or deletion of certain information by contacting us.
To request deletion, email info@revelnationent.com with the subject line “Deletion Request.” We may require verification.
Some claims about privacy-policy violations in federal court may require a showing of concrete harm, depending on the circumstances. See Spokeo, Inc. v. Robins, 578 U.S. 330 (2016).
  1. Children’s Privacy The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 15 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact info@revelnationent.com.
